Zesty Hamburgers Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef or turkey 4 tsp Prepared horseradish 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp Paprika 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/8 tsp Salt, optional 4 Hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Shape into four patties. Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns.
