Turkey Tuna Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Onion, finely minced
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
4 cup Prepared poultry stuffing
1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning
Salt
Pepper
3/4 cup Chicken broth
2 can Tuna, drained
1 cup Chicken gravy, (10 3/4 oz)

Instructions:

If you buy unseasoned stuffing mix, add 1 teaspoon dried sage, thyme, or
marjoram along with the poultry seasoning. Saute onion in butter until
soft and add celery, stuffing mix, and seasoning. Heat, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat and add enough of the chicken broth to
moisten the bread (use all for moist stuffing, less for dry). Turn into a
greased, shallow, 8x12 inch baking dish. Srpinkle tuna on top and pour
gravy over all. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 30
minutes.
