Turkey Tortilla Soup Recipe




Ingredients:

1 small Chopped onion
3 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Olive oil
1 small Can chopped green chiles
1/4 cup Taco seasoning (packet)
1 can Chopped tomatoes (14.5oz)
4 can Chicken broth (14.5 oz)
2 cup Chopped turkey
1/2 cup Fresh cilantro
Tortilla chips
Grated cheese


Instructions:

Saute first three ingredients in a 4 quart sauce pan until the onions
are tender.

Add next six ingredients and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.

Put 1/2 oz. cheese and 1/2 oz. chips at the bottom of the bowl and
spoon soup over cheese and chips.

Makes eight 1.5 cup servings.
