Turkey Stroganoff (Admiston) Recipe

Instructions:
2 TB olive oil 1 lb ground turkey 1 md onion -- chopped 1 pk sliced mushrooms 1/3 c dry white wine 1 ds nutmeg : Salt and pepper 1 1/2 c sour cream : Your favorite pasta -- : cooked : Paprika
Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Brown turkey and onion. Mix in mushrooms, wine and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add sour cream. Do not boil. Place pasta on a platter. Pour turkey mixture over top and sprinkle with paprika.
