Turkey Shortcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb Process cheese 2 tbsp Chicken broth or milk 2 cup Cubed cooked turkey *or* 15 oz Canned boned turkey (opt.) 1 1/2 tsp Minced onion, instant Salt Pepper
Instructions:
Place cheese and broth in double broiler. Cook over boiling water until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally to blend. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.
Serve over hot toast, hot biscuits or corn bread.
