Turkey Salad With Peaches Recipe
Ingredients:
DRESSING 1/4 cup Italian Salad dressing 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp ground ginger SALAD 1 qt prepared turkey salad (deli) 2 fresh peaches, sliced 1/2 head lettuce thinly sliced 1 3 oz. can chow mein noodles 1/4 cup peanuts or sliced almonds for garnish
Instructions:
In large bowl combine dressing ingredients. Add turkey salad,and peaches. Toss lightly. Arrange lettuce on individual plates or serving platter. Sprinkle noodles on lettuce. Top with turkey salad mixture. Garnish with nuts if desired. Serves 6.
