Turkey Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Matchstick-size pieces -cooked turkey - (use -kitchen scissors to cut the -turkey into bite sized -pieces 1 cup Swiss Cheese (4 ozs shredded 1 cup Mushroom Pieces (4 ozs) (drained) 1 Unbaked 9" Pie Shell 1 cup Half and half or heavy cream 3 Eggs 1 tsp Mustard (Dijon preferred) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
Instructions:
Sprinkle turkey, cheese and mushrooms into pie shell. Beat together half and half, eggs, mustard, salt and seasoning. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake on cookie sheet in preheated 375 degree F. oven 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out cleand and top is golden brown. Serve hot.
