Turkey Pasta Supreme Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 lb Uncooked turkey breast 2 Cl Garlic, minced 2 tbsp Butter or margarine 1 1/4 cup Whipping cream 2 tbsp Fresh basil or 2 tsp dried - 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese dash Pepper 3 cup Hot cooked pasta, 3-4 cups
Instructions:
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME DEC/JAN 1996 Cut turkey into 2x1/4" pieces. In a skillet, saute turkey and garlic in butter until turkey is browned and no longer pink, about 6 min. Add cream, basil, Parmesan and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 3 minutes, stirring freq. Stir in pasta and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
