Turkey Pasta Salad Recipe




Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta
1 cup cooked chopped turkey
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 package ranch salad dressing mix, (1-oz)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 tsp paprika
Green pepper rings and tomato slices


Instructions:

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse. Place in
a 2-1/2 quart salad bowl. Add turkey, onion, celery and green pepper;
toss to mix. Combine dressing mix, sour cream,salad dressing and garlic
salt. Add to pasta mixture and mix well. Sprinkle with almonds and
paprika. Garnish with pepper rings and tomato slices. Serves 6-8
