Turkey Macaroni Salad Recipe







Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Uncooked Elbow Or Spiral
-Macaroni, About 6 Ounces
10 oz Frozen Green Peas, 1 Pkg
2 cup Cooked Turkey, Cut Up
3/4 cup Cholesterol Free Reduced
-Calorie Mayonnaise Or Salad
-Dressing
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded,
- 2 Ounces
5 medium Green Onions, Sliced, About
1/2 Cup
1/3 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1 medium Celery Stalk, Sliced, About
- 1/2 Cup
3 cup Lettuce, Torn Into Bite Size
-Pieces, About 1/2 Medium
-Head


Instructions:

Cook the macaroni according to the package directions and drain.
Rinse with cold water and drain again. Rinse the frozen peas with
cold water to separate and drain. Mix the macaroni, peas and
remaining ingredients except the lettuce. Cover and refrigerate
about 4 hours or until well chilled. Serve on the lettuce.
