Turkey Mac Skillet Recipe







Ingredients:

1 lb Ground turkey breast
2 tsp Oil
1 cup (4 oz.) uncooked elbow
Macaroni
1 cup Thinly sliced celery
1 Medium tomato, chopped

SAUCE

1 cup Water
1/2 cup Thick and chunky salsa
2 (8 oz) cans no-salt-added
Tomato sauce


Instructions:

Brown ground turkey in oil in large skillet; drain. Stir in all
remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover
and simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is of desired doneness.

Servings: 6
