Turkey Chili Adios Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cup Cooked, minced turkey 1 medium Onion chopped 1 cup Canned kidney beans, drained 1 4 oz. can green chiles 2 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 2 Ribs celery, chopped 3 cup Turkey or chicken broth 1 cup Raw rice 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 tsp Prepared mustard
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 35 minutes. For thicker, richer chili, puree one small can of kidney beans in a blender or food processor and add to chili. From: Pat Stockett Date: Sat, 10-2
