Turkey And Grape Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cup cubed cooked turkey 3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain rice 1/4 cup sliced green onions (with tops) 1 3/4 cup chicken broth 1 tsp margarine 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground allspice 1/8 tsp salt 1 cup seedless grape halves 2 tbsp chopped pecans
Instructions:
Heat all ingredients except grape halves and pecans to boiling in 2-quart saucepan, stirring once or twice; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 14 minutes. (Do not lift cover or stir.) Remove from heat. Stir in grape halves and pecans, fluffing rice lightly with fork. Cover and let steam 5 to 10 minutes. 4 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1-1/4 CUP EACH).
