Turkey & Mushroom Burgers (Fbfj97a) Recipe







Ingredients:

1 each Egg white, (about 2 tbsp)
1/4 cup White wine, dry
1/3 cup Soft french bread crumbs
1/4 tsp Salt
1 lb Ground turkey (breast best)
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Shallots, finely chopped
2 oz Mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 each Cooking spray


Instructions:

In medium size bowl, beat egg white and wine until blended. Stir
in crumbs, salt, pepperm and shallots; then lightly mix in turkey and
mushrooms. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch
thick. Cook just like hamburgers either on the stovetop using
non-stick spray on pan or on the grill (best!).
