Turkey & Mozzarella Cheese Picnic Loaf Recipe







Ingredients:

-Sue Woodward
1 Loaf, 1.1/2-lbs. round sour-
-dough bread
1/3 cup Kraft House Italian dressing
6 To 8 fresh spinach leaves
-stems removed
1 cup Kraft low moisture part skim
-mozzarella cheese, divided
-(4-oz.)
6 slice To 8 slices Oscar Mayer Deli
-thin roast turkey breast
1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
1 small Tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 small Cucumber, thinly sliced


Instructions:

Heat oven to 350~. Cut slice from top of bread loaf, remove center,
leaving 1/2" shell. Lightly brush inside of shell and top with
dressing. Fill shell with spinach, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, turkey,
tomato, cucumber, and remaining cheese. Cover top of bread loaf;
wrap in foil. Bake 45 mins. Cool 10 mins. Cut into wedges; serve hot
or cold.
