Turkey - Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe







Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Cut-up turkey or chicken
1 Hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Chopped celery
2 tbsp Chopped stuffed olives
1 tbsp Chopped onion
1 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/8 tsp Salt
1 d Pepper


Instructions:

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; toss with a fork until well
blended. Use as sandwich filling.

Makes 6 sandwiches.

Servings: 6
