Tasty Turkey Sandwiches Recipe







Ingredients:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dijon mustard
12 slice pumpernickel bread
1 lb thinly sliced smoked turkey
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
1 1/2 cup shredded lettuce


Instructions:

New Year's. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mayonnaise
mixture on 1 side of each slice of bread. Arrange turkey on 6 slices
of bread, sauced side up. Top with cheese, a tomato slice, shredded
lettuce, and remaining bread slices, sauced side down. Cut in half.
Yield: 6 servings.
