Tarragon Turkey Burgers Recipe




Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp fresh tarragon, (1/2t dried)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried thyme, crumbled


Instructions:

Prepare grill for medium fire. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Shape meat into four 1/2" thick burgers. Place burgers in center of grill,
about 6 inches from coals. Cook, turning once, until burgers are cooked
through and meat springs back when pressed lightly with finger. Serving (1
burger) provides: 3 1/2 Protein, 4 cal.
