Tangy Glazed Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Turkey, ground, lean 1/4 cup Bread crumbs 1/3 cup Milk 1 Onion, chopped, small 1 pinch Salt 1 pinch Pepper 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning 2 tbsp Catsup ***GLAZE*** 3 tbsp Sugar, brown 1/4 cup Catsup 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1 tsp Mustard, dry OR A-1 poultry Sauce
Instructions:
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion, seasonings and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake 20 additional minutes.
