Taco Soup (2 Points Per Cup) Recipe







Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
1 package nonfat ranch salad dressing
1 package Taco seasoning mix
1 can kidney beans, canned
1 can hot chili beans
1 can corn kernels
1 can stewed tomatoes, Mexican Flavour
1 can stewed tomatoes


Instructions:

Brown meat and onions, drain. Mix Hidden Valley and taco seasonings into
meat. Then without draining, mix all other ingredients. Simmer 1 hour.

Makes 12 servings of 1 cup each.
