Ingredients:

1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey Breast
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1 red bell pepper, seeded & cut into
1/2 inch pie


Instructions:


1 yellow bell pepper, seeded & cut into
1/2 inch pie

Servings:
1 green bell pepper, seeded & cut into
1/2 inch pie
