Sweet - Sour Meat Recipe




Ingredients:

1 small green pepper
1 tbsp fat or oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2/3 cup chicken, turkey or meat
1 broth
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp raisins
2/3 cup cut-up cooked chicken,
1 turkey, beef or pork


Instructions:

Cut green pepper in 1" pieces.Cook slowly in fat or oil in a heated
fry pan about 10 minutes,until tender.Mix sugar and cornstarch.Mix in
broth,vinegar and soy sauce;add to green pepper.Cook over medium
heat,stirring until sauce is clear and thickened.Add meat and
raisins.Heat.Serves 2.
