Supper Stuffing (Herbed Stuffing Mix) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules 3/4 cup boiling water 6 tbsp butter or margarine 1 onion, finely chopped 4 large celery stalks, finely chopped 7 cup Herbed Stuffing Mix, (see recipe) Turkey or roasting chicken if desir
Instructions:
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Melt butter or margarine in a medium skillet. Saute onion and celery until crisp-tender. In a large bowl, combine Herbed Stuffing Mix, bouillon-water mixture and vegetables. Toss lightly. Use for stuffing turkey or chicken, if desired. Or preheat oven to 350 F and put mixture in lightly buttered casserole. Bake 30 minutes, until heated through.
