Stuffed Spud Marco Polo Recipe







Ingredients:


STUFFED SPUDS

2 Baked potatoes
3/4 cup White sauce
1/3 cup Cooked turkey, diced
1/3 cup Ham, diced
1/3 cup Cooked broccoli


Instructions:

Cut a thin slice from top of each potato. Keep shells warm. Remove
pulp; mash with 1/2c white sauce, reserving the remaining 1/4c to put
on top. Add turkey, ham, and broccoli; mix gently. Heap in to shells.
Spoon 2T white sauce over each potato and put under the broiler until
lightly browned.

Servings: 2
