Spicy Sausage & Fruit Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Smoked sausage, kielbasa or -turkey sausage, cut into -3/4" slices 1 medium Onion, cut into *" wedges 1 small Red bell pepper, cut into -1" squares 1 small Green bell pepper, cut into -1" squares 2 Ripe peaches or nectarines, -peeled and cut into 1" -chunks 1 1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce 1/2 cup Orange marmalade 2 tbsp Grated onion 2 tbsp Lime or lemon juice
Instructions:
Make your cookout a sure-fire success with these colorful kabobs. The summer-easy skewers are so quick to assemble - they'll be ready to grill even before the coals are hot.
Alternately thread sausage, onion, bell peppers and peaches onto skewers. Combine Pace Picante Sauce, marmalade, grated onion and lime juice, mixing well; brush over kabobs. Place kabobs on grill over medium-hot coals or on rack of broiler pan 5-6" from heat. Grill or broil 8 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with Pace Picante Sauce mixture. Heat remaining mixture; serve with kabobs.
