Sooz's Quick Turkey Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
6 cup water 4 tbsp Knorr's Concentrated Chicken Broth 2 package seasoning packets from Top ramen so marjoram, to taste basil, to taste black pepper, to taste 2 cup cooked turkey, cubed 1 package frozen stew vegetables (Schwan's) 4 tbsp flour, approximate amount
Instructions:
Bring water to boil in a large soup pot. Add condensed broth and seasonings and herbs. Simmer a couple minutes. Add turkey and veggies. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix flour in a small amount of water and pour into simmering stew. Stir and cook until thickened slightly. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
Can also add dumplings to the top of this stew and simmer for 15 minutes.
