Smoked Turkey Sandwich Recipe







Ingredients:

1 Jars (6 ounces) marinated ar
-artichoke Hearts
1/4 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup Chopped bell pepper
1 Loaf (1 pound) italian bread
Romaine or watercress
1 small Onion, thinly sliced
3/4 Pound thinly sliced smoked
-turkey
1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced


Instructions:

The marinade from the artichoke hearts provides the base for this
sandwich' Drain artichoke hearts, reserving marinade. Mix mayonnaise
and re marinade. Chop artichokes coarsely; stir in bell pepper.Cut
bread horizo in half. Spread cut sides with mayonnaise mixture. Layer
romaine, ar mixture, onion, turkey and tomato on bottom half. Top
with other half. Secure loaf with wooden picks and cut into 6 pieces.
6 SERVINGS; 400 CALORIES PER SERVINGS.
