Smoked Turkey Delight Recipe
Ingredients:
DRESSING
1 cup Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Whipping Cream 1 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Wright's N.Hickory Seasoning 1/4 tsp Curry Powder 1 d Pepper
SALAD
4 cup Smoked Turkey, cubed 1 cup Seedless Grapes 2/3 cup Sl. Water Chestnuts, halved 2/3 cup Walnuts, coarsely chopped 1/2 cup Celery, sliced thin
Instructions:
Combine ingredients to make dressing, set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over turkey mixture and toss lightly. This recipe comes from a booklet "The Wright Choice".
