Sesame Turkey Recipe







Ingredients:

4 slice Turkey breast, cooked
3 tbsp Oil, sesame
1 cup Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
3 tbsp Oil, peanut
1 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tbsp Oil, sesame
2 tbsp Soy sance


Instructions:

Brush turkey to taste with sesame oil and dredge in mixture of sesame
seeds, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. In skillet, saute slices in
heated peanut oil until brown on both sides.

Remove to platter. Deglaze skillet with garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Pour sauce over turkey.
