Sesame Turkey Cubes Recipe
Ingredients:
T. Grant, HWWK11B 3 lb Cooked Turkey Breast -cut into 1" cubes 1 cup Mayonnaise 3/8 cup Soy Sauce 1/8 cup Sesame Oil 1 cl Garlic, finely minced 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 1/2 tsp Szechuan hot oil (to taste) 1 cup Toasted sesame seed
Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients except cubed turkey. Place a long toothpick with fancy end into each turkey cube. Dip first into mayonnaise mixture, then into sesame seeds. Chill until serving time. Theresa V. Grant, HWWK11B.
