Seasoned Turkey Patties Recipe







Ingredients:

1 package Fresh Ground Turkey
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/3 cup Fine dry bread crumbs
Egg
1 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 tsp Seasoned salt


Instructions:

Mix all ingredients. Shape into four or five 1/2 inch thick patties.
Prepare your grill, stove, oven or microwave. Cook 4 minutes each
side. For microwave cook 2 minutes each side. Occasionally brush with
broth, butter or barbecue sauce.

Servings: 4
