Rice Pilaf Salad Recipe




Ingredients:

2 cup Turkey, cooked and diced
1 1/2 cup Brown rice, cooked
1 cup Garbanzo beans, cooked
1 cup Red adzuki beans (or kidney
2 each Apples, cored and chopped
1/2 cup Celery, sliced
1 each Green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Plain green olives, sliced
1/4 cup Green onion, sliced
1/4 cup Parsley, diced


Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before
serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
Serves 4 ~---
