Ranch-Style Turkey Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Turkey tenderloins, cut -into 1 1/2 inch cubes 2 Zucchini, sliced 1 " thick 1 Red bell pepper, cut into -1 1/2 inch pieces 1/4 cup Purchased ranch salad -dressing
Instructions:
Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Thread turkey cubes, zucchini slices and bell pepper pieces onto four 12 inch metal skewers. Brush each kabob with 1 tablespoon salad dressing. Place kabobs on spray-coated pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until turkey is golden brown and no longer pink, turning once halfway through cooking. Makes 4 servings MMFormat by cjhartlin@msn.com Source: Pillsbury
