Quick Turkey Salad Sandwich (Diabetic From Ada)(2.5 Pts) Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 oz roasted turkey breast 1 tbsp fat-free sour cream 1 tsp reduced-fat mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp chopped red onion 1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 pinch salt and pepper 1 pinch dried rosemary leaves, or 1/4 tsp fresh rosemary 1/2 oat bran English muffin, toasted
Instructions:
1.Cut the turkey into very small bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
2.In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Stir in the turkey.
3.Mound the mixture on an English muffin half.
