Quick Turkey Gumbo Recipe




Ingredients:

2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 can Chicken gumbo soup
2 cup Cubed, cooked turkey
2 tbsp Chopped pimiento
1 can Chow mein noodles (3 oz.)


Instructions:

In saucepan, combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Add soup.
Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in turkey
and pimiento. Heat through. Serve over chow mein noodles.

Servings: 4
