Quick Spaghetti With Meat Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Raw Ground Turkey 3 tbsp Minced Onion 1 cup Water 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/8 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 1 can (6 Oz.) Tomato Paste 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan 2 cup Hot Cooked Spaghetti
Instructions:
Coat A Large Skillet With Cooking Spray. Place Over Medium Heat Until Hot. Add Turkey & Onion; Cook Until Turkey Is Browned, Stirring To Crumble. Drain Well. Return To Skillet. Stir in Water & Italian Seasoning, Salt, Garlic Powder & Tomato Paste. Bring To A Boil. Reduce Heat & Simmer Uncovered 10 Min. OR Until Thickened, Stirring Occasionally. Serve Over Spaghetti; Sprinkle With Cheese. 334 Cal. Per 3/4 C. Sauce, 1/2 C. Spaghetti & 1 1/2 t. Cheese. (Fat 12.2, Chol. 74.)
