Potato Pot Pie Recipe




Ingredients:

8 oz Mushroooms, sliced
1 1/2 cup Dressing, Miracle Whip
2 tbsp Dressing, Miracle Whip
2 cup turkey, cooked,
Chopped
10 oz Vegetables, mixed, frozen,
Thawed and drained
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Flour
1 1/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Basil, leaves, dried
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 cup Cheese, cheddar, shredded
2 cup Potatoes, mashed, hot


Instructions:

Cook mushrooms and onions in 2 tb dressing over med-high heat. Add
flour and seasonings; gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
Stir in 1 cup dressing, turkey, vegetables and 1 cup cheese; cook 5
minutes. spoon mixture into 1 1/2 quart cassrole. Stir 1/2 cup
dressing into potatoes. Top casserole with potato mixture; broil
until golden. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; broil until cheese
begins to melt.
