Pepperoni Salad Stuffed Pitas Recipe




Ingredients:

3 cups salad greens
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup turkey pepperoni, (34-slices)
6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 medium green bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 2.5 oz can sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup purchased Italian salad dressing
4 6 in onion flavored pita bread, (pocket bread), halved


Instructions:

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pita breads;mix well.
Fill pita bread halves with dalad mixture.
8-ssandwiches; 4 servings.
