Paddies Secret Salad Recipe Recipe







Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
2 medium leeks, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 lb smoked turkey, chopped
1 pt salad dressing
1 tsp curry powder, optional
2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
3 tbsp milk
salt and pepper


Instructions:

In large bowl, mix wild rice, leeks, celery and turkey. In small bowl,
combine salad dressing, curry powder and tarragon vinegar. Add milk,
thinning to consistency of a dressing. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss
with wild rice mixture.

Note: Leftover meat or seafood can be substituted for smoked turkey.
