1 lb Italian-style turkey - sausage, casing removed 1 large Onion, chopped 1 medium Green bell pepper, chopped 2 Garlic cloves, minced 29 oz Diceed tomatoes, undrained 4 oz Mushrooms, drained 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp Chili powder 1 lb Rotini, twists, -or spiral pasta 2 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
