Mr. Food's Summer Pasta Recipe




Ingredients:

1 lb Italian-style turkey
- sausage, casing removed
1 large Onion, chopped
1 medium Green bell pepper, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
29 oz Diceed tomatoes, undrained
4 oz Mushrooms, drained
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Chili powder
1 lb Rotini, twists,
-or spiral pasta
2 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions:

bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until no pink remains in the
sausage. Reduce the heat to low and add the tomatoes, mushrooms,
Italian seasoning, and chili powder; simmer for 10 minutes until
thoroughly
