Mr. Food's Spinach Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb Hot Italian-style turkey - sausage, casing removed 15 oz Ricotta cheese 10 oz Frozen chopped spinach, - thawed and squeezed dry 8 oz Cream cheese, softened 4 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp Dry mustard 2 9-inch unbaked pie shells
