Mr. Food's Smorgasburgers Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Vegetable oil, divided 1 cup Dry bread crumbs 1 medium Onion, chopped 1 Egg 1 Garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup Applesauce 1 tsp Dried sage 1 lb Ground turkey 1/2 tsp Salt 2 cup Cooked brown rice 1/2 tsp Black pepper 2 tbsp Ketchup 8 Hamburger buns
Instructions:
======================================================= ============== ==== == In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat and add the onion and garlic; sauté for about 5 minutes, until the onion is tender, and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the buns; mix until well blended.
