1 cup Regular or low-fat
- sour cream
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
16 oz Frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 lb Deli chicken or turkey
- breast, cubed
10 1/2 oz Condensed cream of
- chicken soup
3 English muffins, split
- in half
