Lattice-Topped Turkey Pie - Sl 1 82 Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cup ; cooked chopped - turkey 10 oz Package frozen English peas 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (4 oz) 1 cup Celery, diced 1/2 cup Soft breadcrumbs 1/4 cup Onion, chopped 1/4 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper 1 cup Mayonnaise 3 dash Hot sauce 8 oz Can crescent dinner rolls 2 tsp Sesame seeds Radish slices, (optional) Fresh parsley sprigs, (opt'l)
Instructions:
: Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into a 12" x 8" x 2" baking dish. : Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Cut into 4 long strips and 4 short strips. Arrange strips in lattice design across top of casserole. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Garnish with radish slices and parsley, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
