Kielbasa Stew (4.5 Pts) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb turkey kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces 2 large celery, sliced 1 large onion, chopped 1 can baby corn 1 can condensed cream of celery soup 1 1/2 cup baby carrots (large ones should be 1 small frozen peas 3 small red potatoes, cubed (3 to 4) 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced zucchini 1/2 tsp thyme cooking oil
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in large pan. Saute kielbasa, onion, and celery. Add soup and gradually stir in 1 cup water. Add remaining vegetables and thyme. Bring to a boil and stir until vegetables are just tender.
