Individual Turkey Loaves With Corn-Bread Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats 1 tsp italian seasoning 1 package (1.4 ounces) vegetable soup mix 3/4 cup corn-bread stuffing mix 1/4 cup boiling water, plus 2 tablespoons nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
1. In medium bowl, combine turkey, oats, 1/4 cup water, Italian seasoning and soup mix.
2. In small bowl, combine stuffing and boiling water; cover and set aside.
3. Coat four 6-ounce custard cups with cooking spray. In bottom of each cup, press 1/3 cup turkey mixture. Top with 3 tablespoons stuffing mixture. Press another 1/3 cup turkey mixture over stuffing, sealing all edges. Place custard cups on cookie sheet and bake at 350°F about 30 minutes, until turkey is no longer pink in center.
4. To serve, loosen edges of loaves with knife: and invert custard cups onto serving plate.
Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 25 minutes. Baking time: 30 minutes.
