Hungarian Turkey Skillet Recipe




Ingredients:

1 1/4 lb Turkey thigh, frozen
Defrost
Skin, debone, cut into
1/4 "
2 cup Onions, cut into strips
2 Green peppers, cut in
Strips
1 Red bell pepper, cut in
Strip
2 Tomatoes, peeled -- diced
cup *****, water
Salt & Pepper to taste


Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in heavy skillet. Simmer, covered, 35 minutes
or until meat is tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce
is thick. Per serving: Calories--211.1 Carbohydrate--12.5 grams
Fat--6.5 grams
