Ingredients:

16 oz 90% lean turkey or beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
8 oz cream-style corn
2 1/2 oz sliced mushrooms, drained
10 3/4 oz Healthy Request Cream of Chicken So
20 oz shredded hash brown potatoes (froze


Instructions:

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray,
brown meat and onion. Spoon browned-meat mixture into a slow cooker. Add
corn, mushrooms, and chicken soup. Mix well to combine. Stir in potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Mix well before serving.

Hints: Mr. Dell's frozen shredded potatoes are a good choice or raw
shredded potatoes may be used in place of frozen potatoes.
