Ground Turkey Dish Recipe




Ingredients:

1 lb turkey -- ground
1/2 cup onions -- chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 can stewed tomatoes -- (16 oz)
1 can kidney beans -- (15 oz)
3/4 cup rice -- uncooked
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup bell peppers -- chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded


Instructions:

In a skillet cook onion and peppers until tender. Add meat until no
pink remains. Add chili powder and salt. Stir in tomatoes, beans,
rice, and water. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20
minutes. Serve with cheese on top.
