Glazed Raspberry Orange Turkey Breast Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Boneless fresh Turkey Breast 1 cup Orange juice 1 tsp Ground sage 1/2 tsp Dried thyme leaves 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp Salt (optional) 1 tsp Orange peel, grated (I used Dried and it was fine) 2 cup Frozen raspberries,UNTHAWED 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degress. Place turkey breast in 9x9-inch baking pan. Pour orange juice over turkey; sprinkle with sage, thyme, pepper, salt and orange peel.
Roast at 350 degrees basting occasionally for one hour and 20 minutes. Combine raspberries and sugar. Place around turkey. Continue roasting for 10-15 minutes. Let turkey stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve raspberries over turkey slices.
